the apartment was very clean. it had plenty of towels and bathroom shower products. bed linen was changed once . there were utensils and crockery to accommodate several guests. staff members were polite.
the air-conditioning was not working.

the apartment included a washing up kit with sponge , scourer and liquid. there was a supermarket near the apartment. this made it easy to buy groceries and prepare meals.

staff members always said hola whenever i met them. there was no fuss at check-in and check-out. the receptionist gave us good tips about the area. the staff was helpful .

i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights. the apartment had plenty of towels and bed linen was changed once. there were plenty of hangers and storage space too.
the pool area felt a bit shaded because of the neighboring buildings.

The room was big and the bed proved comfortable. Everything necessary for a self-catering holiday was available.
Upon arrival, I was surprised by a couple of unexpected charges. They included a parking fee of €14 and a safe box surcharge of €3.. I do not think it is very customer friendly. Check-out at 10 a.m. also felt quite early.

the reception staff was excellent. the location is good with walking distance to the beach. i found the kitchen very adequate and the shower very good. heating worked fine and english tv was an added bonus.
the air-conditioning didn't work . even though prior reviews suggested it was fixed, it didn't function properly.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and was really helpful . They always tried to respond to my requests efficiently. they provided quick assistance with directions and resolved any minor issues i experienced.
